Commercial Litigation

Mr. Meyers also served as general counsel for a medical corporation, managing all aspects of contracts and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. He also has handled numerous litigation matters involving contract disputes.

First Party Property

We have extensive experience handling first party property litigation throughout the State of Florida, providing an in-depth understanding of the law and industry in this field of practice. That includes high-profile litigation cases, and a hands-on approach to first party property for our clients.

General Casualty

Having been a licensed, multi-state insurance adjuster primarily handling general casualty claims, and continuing to handled general casualty cases throughout his legal career, Mr. Meyers has an extensive background and experience in handling general casualty litigation.

Workers Compensation

Included in our wheelhouse of litigation experience is handling workers’ compensation cases throughout the State of Florida, including successfully litigating numerous workers’ compensation cases through to Final Hearing.

Fraud & SIU

Having handled numerous litigation cases throughout for more than 20 years of practicing law, as well as his experience in litigation claims, Mr. Meyers has direct, hands-on experience handling fraud and SIU matters, including the involvement of surveillance and working directly with the claims team on cases involving suspected fraud.

Examination Under Oath

At Meyers Law Group we understand the importance of examinations under oath (EUO), and have extensive experience conducting and handling EUOs throughout the State of Florida. Once assigned to handle an EUO we will provide the following services:

• Initiate contact with the insured or their attorney within 24 hours of the assignment to set the EUO.
• Work on setting the EUO within 48 hours of the assignment.
• Conduct the EUO within 30 days or less as need requires.
• Confer with you before the EUO to assure we fully understand the issues.
• Then report on the EUO within 48 hours after its completion.

Insurance Coverage Matters

With an extensive background and experience in insurance defense, as well as having been a licensed, multi-state insurance adjuster, Mr. Meyers has direct knowledge and understanding of insurance coverage matters, insurance policies, and issues that can and do arise over those policies.
